The Coding Project is a relatively new project team that focuses on developing coding curricula centered around teaching 5th standard students a block style programming language called Scratch. With the aid of advanced teaching tools, namely the simple robot referred to as mBot, we believe we can build a foundation for students to become more technologically literate. Our next goal is to introduce a structured curriculum, detailed lesson plan, and beginner robotics tools, we hope to spark genuine interest in coding that the students carry with them throughout their education.
